Go Gym began using non-conventional fitness training methods from international exercise and physiology experts, proven research and health organizations to address individual fitness needs. We recognized that each individual's physical, health and wellness goals varied. For some it was to become stronger and more athletic. For others it was to become pain-free and more flexible. Yet for others it is was to relax and experience an increased level of wellbeing. To respect these personal goals we began to develop individualized exercise and fitness programs that incorporate a variation of training methods. We also began to address personal nutritional needs naturally and safely in order to allow each individual to perform better and to recover more quickly.
