In our Semi Private personal training program you'll find women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels supporting each other as they workout, side by side, to lose bad weight, tone up and become healthier overall. You can achieve the body transformation you've been searching for in a minimum of 2 workouts per week. Our semi-private training sessions are held Monday thru Saturday and in these training sessions you will work in groups of 6-12 with 2 trainers working with you every step of the way. Our training style is a combination of circuit training, weight training, body weight training, cardiovascular training, and Pilates. This type of training is designed to help you lose fat, and tone up while increasing your strength and energy. During a typical training session at Get Fit Now you will burn 500-1000 calories in a matter of 45 minutes. Because the intensity of the workout is the same for all sessions, it's not uncommon to see deep emotional friendships develop among our women that extend beyond the gym and into their daily lives. When your session is over, you'll leave knowing a little bit more about yourself, what you are capable of, and have a growing sense of how much stronger you are becoming.
