As a self-taught culinary master, Chef Will Adamek has more than 18 years of experience working in several restaurants. Under the tutelage of Chef Todd Annis, Adamek grew his passion for both food and service, a path that he pursued with zeal and which led to him opening Dogwood Catering, a company offering catering services to corporate functions, weddings, and special events. Dogwood Catering also handles meal plans for various Fraternities at Georgia Tech. Among the things that are notable with Dogwood Catering is that its customer service is topnotch and their menus are innovative. It doesn't matter if a client is holding a big bash or just a small intimate affair; Chef Will has a special treat for everyone. To him, the clients are more or less like his immediate family and he endeavors to give a personal touch to every menu. Events can never be the same; there is always a difference from one to the other.
