Specialties
I specialize in treating anxiety, self-esteem/identity, depression and poor relationship patterns. I believe in a holistic, strengths-based therapeutic approach as we look at all areas of your life to ensure we're treating your mind and body together through physical wellness, spirituality, leisure activities, and mental and emotional support. Through our sessions you can expect a safe place for us to identify what's getting in your way of leading the life you envision for yourself and how to use those to lead a meaningful life.
