The Fulton County Personnel Department is a department of the Fulton County Government and is located in Atlanta. It provides personnel management, training and administrative services for departments and employees without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, disability and sexual orientation. The department works in accordance with applicable laws, personnel regulations, policies and procedures. Its employee and labor relations division resolves employee s concerns, as well as offers counseling and training services. The department s payroll administration unit is responsible for the processing of pay and leaves adjustment and maintaining individual personnel records. Its recruiting division is responsible for administering recruitment programs for the selection of applicants for Fulton County employment. The Fulton County Personnel Department s classification and compensation division prepares and maintains class specifications and responds to requests from county departments.
