As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I started pet sitting in Destin, Florida about 5 years ago while working as a vet surgery tech. I started with helping one little old lady take care of her dogs while away and enjoyed it so much I started my own little business. I had about 40 clients doing as little as a walk a day to staying over nights upto 2 weeks at a time. I kept my business going for 3 years til the birth of my son in 2007.
