College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center is the official Pre-K site for the City Schools of Decatur. Through a unique partnership with the City Schools of Decatur, the Decatur-DeKalb YMCA and Partnership for Community Action manages the school's after-care and summer camps, as well as the 0 to 3-year-old program for rising pre-schoolers. The curriculum is based on Opening the World of Learning, or OWL. Suzanne Kennedy is the principal of College Heights Pre-K and Abena Olugbala runs the pre-school program for the YMCA.
