Buford First United Methodist Church is the oldest church in Buford. It is a large church on the corner of Main and Hill streets. Sondra Jones is the pastor and leads the congregation. The church offers several ministries, including children's, adults, stewardship, music and the Stephen ministry. The church also operates a pre-school.
