The Boys and Girls Club of Hall County offers five-core program initiatives including arts, sports and fitness, social skills, character development and leadership development and education and career development. It offers a range of after school programs for children and disadvantaged youth ages six through 18. The club, based in Gainesville, Ga., provides prevention programs for youth, which include gang, alcohol, drug, tobacco, teen sex and pregnancy prevention. B&GC also offers a range of clubs, such as street smart, kids in control, power hour, family support, fine arts exhibits program, national photography contest, jazz band program, career explorers, job ready, keystone club, basketball, dance squad, community caf , college bound, job ready, woodworking and junior staff development.
