I always wanted to be a business owner and I just love pastries. I knew at twelve years old that I would be a Pastry Chef one day, and by twenty-three I was promoted to Executive Pastry chef in a fine dining restaurant in DC. After years of building my experience and learning from others, it was time to move back to the south- out of the big city life. Covid hit and being stuck at home unable to work lit a fire in me to build my own business. Bottom Line Bakery was born admits a pandemic and has thrived, providing cottage baked cakes and pastries for our community to continue celebrating the little things in such an overwhelming time. Starting small, we have now grown and will be opening Bottom Line Bakery & Cafe in Evans, GA off of Washington Rd to have a larger reach and provide even more pastries and good food to our CSRA community.
