The brick and cinder block structure that houses Atlanta Yoga atop a hill facing Fielder Avenue hints at a possibly industrial past. What signals the nonindustrial present of this place is the clusters of ivy that cap the building's northwest corner and an outdoor abstract sculpture that suggests a yogi in a tricky one-footed stance. Just east of that metal guardian is the entrance to director Elizabeth Rogers' studio, where she teaches yoga in the ashtanga and anusara traditions. She welcomes beginners and longtime practitioners alike.
