I have lived here now for two months and I am not impressed. On Move-In Day, my stove did not work, my shower leaked, and my AC did not cool the house. Paint is all over the windows and light...

Located directly adjacent to Chattahoochee Technical College, Georgian Arms offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans at competitive rates. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly, and the complex offers community events year-round, so you can count on meeting new people and making new friends while living here. The grounds are well kept, and there is ample parking for tenants and their guests. The courtyard area is very spacious, with a good deal of foliage and a gazebo as well.
