We are known for our freshly made soups, one of a kind sandwiches, overflowing salads, and decadent desserts. Purchased early in 2008 from the Zudar family, the company is chef owned and operated. Eric began cooking at an early age, influenced by his grandmother who was a scratch cook and baker. He never had a doubt he would be a professional chef. After high school he completed an apprenticeship in baking and pastry and went on to culinary school. He has held numerous executive chef and management positions and has over 11 years of ownership experience. Professional Foodservice Consultant, providing a variety of services to the nations largest foodservice manufacturers and multi-unit restaurant operators. Fred is known nationally as the consummate professional. He is experienced in all aspects of the industry and has held numerous executive positions. In addition to his contributions to Zudar's he oversees a large retirement community where he is foodservice director. A nationally known culinary competitor and winner of numerous medals in professional culinary competition. The Tampa Bay Culinary Association president and is one of the founding chapter members.
