Wildwood High School provides learning opportunities for students in grades 9 through 12. Located in Wildwood, Fla., its academic curriculum includes classes in a variety of subjects, such as English, reading, mathematics, biology, world history, science, fine arts and social studies. The school also offers foreign language, physical education, critical thinking and life management skills classes. Wildwood High School also operates beta and key clubs. It participates in a variety of sports activities, including football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, basketball, weightlifting, cheerleading, and track and field. Additionally, the school has an alumni association that organizes various fundraising events. Wildwood High School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is a part of Sumter District Schools, which also operates various other schools.
