History

Christina began selling real estate on her own in 2006. In 2012 Christina started the Welch Team Keller Williams Jacksonville Realty. In just 4 years, the Welch Team has grown to one of the top teams in Northeast Florida. Welch Team has consistently sold over 100 homes a year, with 144 homes selling in 2015 and as of May of 2016, we've already closed over 100 homes. We believe in consistent training, utilizing new technology and over and above customer service. It's all a part of what helps separate Welch Team from our competition.
