Being a made-from-scratch kitchen is an understatement. With the exception of hard cheese, here, we smoke, age and cure all of our meats IN HOUSE. Having such a dynamic control over something as simple (exaggeration) as bacon has a huge impact on how a dish is finalized before hitting the table. Global Grill quality with a casual and homey atmosphere. Oh, and we make our own ice creams :)
