Jardon and Howard Technologies (JHT) was established in 1990 as a Hispanic-owned, small disadvantaged business. JHT began operations by providing government clients with interactive courseware and computer-based training. Since then, JHT has added offices in Pensacola, Fla., Kennedy Space Center, Fla., and California, Md. The addition of new offices has contributed to the other lines of business, such as government outsourcing, program management and construction.
