The Belleair Town Hall and Recreation Center houses the administrative branch of Belleair township as well as the police department and recreation center. The building itself is located in a residential district and has a glass wall on the front of the building. The recreation center is located behind the town hall and was built three years ago. The recreation center houses a gymnasium, game rooms and local classes and camps for the youth in Belleair.
