The City Manager's Office is governed by the City of Titusville in Florida. It administers and executes policies for city council, as well as develops and recommends policy alternatives. The office operates a community relations division that educates the public on local city government, resolves citizen concerns and provides support for emergency operations and broadcasting. Its internal auditing division specializes in the management of financial resources in compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
