I've never had an issue living here. Community is friendly. Maintenance are well with there time which is good. The apartment itself is comfortable and roomy. I would recommend to other people....

The apartments themselves are decent. Definitely not "luxury" like advertisements claim, but livable. That said, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear your next-door and upstairs neighbors...

1st couple weeks living at the Rexford it was full of ROACHES!!! They do have pest control.... but only on Thursday's available and it did not work until a couple months later. Come to find out...
