In our boutique, you will find yoga supplies; mats, mat bags and cleaners, blankets, straps, bolsters, blocks and eyepillows, sterling silver and semiprecious jewelry from around the world, womens and childrens clothing for life on and off the mat, aromatherapy, healing crystals, essential oil candles and singing bowls. A schedule filled with all levels of yoga, ayurvedic traditions, kundalini, yoga nidra, wholistic nutrition, numerology, childrens programming, sound meditation, conscious book club, workshops, international retreats, Yoga Alliance trainings and so much more awaits to stimulate your mind, nurture your heart and invigorate your body!
