Mr. Kiyoaki Mido graduated from the highly prestigious, "Tsuji Culinary School, in Japan. He began his career as a sushi chef at the famed "Hiroshima City Hotel". In 1983, Mr. Mido's superior culinary talent caught the attention of the world-famous, "Benihana" restaurant, who sponsored and brought him to the United States, to be the chef at their wildly popular Miami location.
