SpecialtiesThe Trauma Resolution Center is thefirst Trauma-Focused Community Mental Health Center operating in the United Sates. Our objective is to help our clients resolve the impact of traumatic incidents in a non-judgmental and safe environment utilizing a process called Traumatic Incident Resolution(TIR). TIR has been clinically proven to dramatically reduce the anxiety, depression and traumatic stress associated with trauma, allowing our clients to re-experience the quality of life they use to enjoy prior to the event. The TRC serves all types of people who have experienced traumatic events - such as rape, domestic violence, witnessing violence and/or murder, torture, kidnapping and numerous other types of human to human violence - in an integrated and empowering short-term series of group and individual sessions that specifically address trauma and the range of its mental health, substance abuse, and victimization related personal impacts.
