First Founded in 1968 By Steve Chefan, Stevenson Building and Design has built over 500 homes for the Rich and Famous in the Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale area. Together, Judy (Designer) and Steve (Builder) Chefan focused on Turn-Key homes in the $2-$6 million price range. As seen featured on Time & Fortune magazine, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, Boca Design Magazine, and many others. Since Steve Chefan's unexpected passing, Judy has kept the high-end design business running, known today as Stevenson Design Group, Inc. Keeping the business in the family, her granddaughters Dana Swanson and Whitney Chefan, have joined the team. Dana graduated from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, majoring in Interior Design. She is currently working on receiving her General Contractors License and NCIDQ Licensing. Whitney Chefan is studying in Interior Design and is expected to graduate in the Winter of 2019. The trio is presently striving towards innovation for the future.
