This business was born out of my experience as Concierge in various Hotels around the Greater Miami area, as i see at first hand how my clients complain or share their bad experience from the airport to the hotels, how there first experience to the service of Miami city sharp their View about the service industry including the hotel and everything the city has to offer. i got really tired about it so i decided to change that think from one contact to another at time.
