There are 13 state-of-the art Shapes centers in the Tampa Bay area that cater exclusively to women. Classes focus on all areas of health and fitness and include classic stretch, cardio, strength, dance, martial arts, interval training, mind/body and step. The pool provides non-impact exercise and is available for individual use when classes are not in session.
One-on-one, two-on-one and group personal training sessions are available for all levels to help clients achieve specific goals. Shapes' Fitness Academy provides continuing education credits recognized by the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and Aquatic Exercise Association. It offers foundation courses in personal training, group fitness, yoga, pilates, cycling and nutrition. Courses are held at different Shapes locations throughout Tampa Bay.
