Amalie Oil Company has earned the honor of being chosen the Official Motor Oil of the International Hot Rod Association since 1999. The company, founded in 1903 in Franklin, Pa., was one of the original 'Pennsylvania Crude' oil companies. In 1953, Amalie was the first oil company to introduce multi-grade motor oil: the Imperial 10W30.
