Fleet Services is a division that operates under the government of Seminole County in Florida. The division develops, applies and maintains innovative fleet maintenance methods to ensure the proficient and safe utilization of county vehicles and equipment. Its methods are applied to more than 2,000 vehicles and pieces of equipment. Fleet Services also operates and maintains the county's vehicle refueling system. It acquires over 1 million gallons of gasoline and diesel every year. The division works through a hybrid vehicle that operates alternately on gasoline and battery power. The Seminole County Government maintains several departments, including economic development, environmental services, human resources, information technology, planning and development, public safety and public works.
