HistoryLeela Shala Yoga started in October of 2018. Mayara Beckhauser, the owner has been practicing Yoga since 2001 and became a Certified Yoga teacher in 2004. She pursued many specializations inside Yoga as in yoga anatomy, breathing, chakras alignment, stress management. With the intention to unite the variety of practices of Yoga, she created the Yoga Lifestyle Festival. A festival that brings together big names of international yogi and yoginis, becoming the biggest festival of Yoga in Brazil.SpecialtiesWe are a cozy yoga studio at Brickell. Classes are offered in Portuguese and in English. Small groups and private classes.
