When friends, Jay & Matt, came to charter fish with Captain Matt they decided that they wanted a boat! So 8 months later they created Emerald Adventures and bought a charter boat! Captain Matt has been in the charter fishing business since he was a young kid cutting bait for party boats...now with over 20 years of experience ROOKIE Charters is the first step of a great business venture!
