Richard D. Zasada has been a practicing trial attorney for 20 years. During that time he has taken hundreds of cases to trial, from non-jury misdemeanor cases as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting juveniles committing serious and not so serious criminal cases, to many, many civil matters including complicated divorces, custody cases to discrimination cases in Federal Court. For the Last fifteen years, he has been concentrating on Family Law Matters, Social Security Disability cases and some other cases as they relate to his family law practice. Richard D. Zasada grew up in western New York outside of Buffalo. He is an avid Bills fan and spends as much time with his family back in New York at possible.
