The Residence at Renaissance Square is a gated apartment community that offers both rentals and sales. The clubhouse is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and has a couch and two tables with chairs, a balcony and a fitness center. A separate part of the clubhouse has a resident and community center, which includes a conference room and a work room.
