12/2023 update He sent someone to fix the problems however never finished the permits with the city. On top of it, now that it got cold, the heater doesn't work. Would not recommend.

Had them come to my condo for some air duct cleaning. The employee, Angelo was very polite, friendly and efficient. In about 1.5 hours, he did all 8 vents and he used a very high power vacuum....
