We are a family owned business that has been doing construction and handyman work for over 30 years both residential and commercial. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing owners and done some very cool projects. My favorite project was an Irish Pub that I built in an owners basement complete with cobblestone look walls The project was filmed by HGTV Generation Renovation, it was a very proud moment in my career. Not to boast, but some of my projects have been highlighted in Country Sampler Magazine and Home Depot Kitchen and Bath Magazine. In 2012 we relocated to Palm Coast and became very involved with vacation rentals, hired out by homeowners doing maintenance, assisting guests and so on. So here we are and this is what we do; Property Assist Pros! We are here to assist property owners with Home Watch, Vacation Rental Assist for homeowners doing self managing, Storm Prep, Maintenance, Key Holder Services, Tenant Move Outs and just about anything else you can think of.

Vacation Home Rental Assistance. If you self manage your property and rent by owner we can help. Tenant Checks or Move Outs. If you have a long term tenant in property we can do walk a through, drive by to check the exterior, arrange for maintenance, meet your Realtor, prepare the property for new tenants. Handyman & Maintenance Services. Every home requires a bit of maintenance. Deliveries & Scheduled Appointments. We can wait for that new refrigerator to be delivered or the cable company to repair service. Visual Inspections. An experienced home watch specialist performs a complete on-site visual inspection of your beach home. Emergency Calls Quick Response. Imagine a scenario in which you are back home in your main residence or traveling cross country for business or pleasure and something triggers your home's alarm. It might be a false alarm but unfortunately, the police and fire department don't know this. Storm Protection & Post-Storm. Our home check Storm Protection service is ideal for homeowners that can't get to Florida and prepare their home for a storm's wrath. Key Holder Services. Our Key Holder service allows us to hold onto a copy of your house key that is coded and secured to protect your privacy.
