Dr. Prissilla Issa is a highly skilled and knowledgable Board-Certified Optometrist at Quigley Eye Specialists in Naples, Florida. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry with high honors from The State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City where she was president of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, SUNY Optometry Chapter, and a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National Honor Society. She completed her Bachelor of Science in human biology, Summa Cum Laude, from The State University of New York at Albany. Dr. Issa completed her optometric residency, providing low vision, primary care services, pre- and post-operative surgical management, and ocular disease management and treatment to Floridas veterans.
