Sharon is great! I witnessed her helping her customers first hand. She goes above and beyond. They have some negative reviews but you can't please everyone and they do try to work with you.

they do not build homes correctly they lie to you about how much you're paying for stuff you end up over paying or when you do under pay they don't give you all your money back they do not give...
