At Premier Athletic Performance, we provide each client with customized, integrated training programs, intended to meet each client's unique needs and specific fitness goals. Our objective is to correct any existing muscle imbalances, address postural distortion patterns, and maximize performance. Our training programs are constructed on a foundation of principles that gradually and systematically permits each client to attain the highest levels of physiologic, physical and performance adaptations. Premier Athletic Performance follows the National Academy of Sports Medicine's Optimum Performance Training Model which is grounded on the scientific research of human movement science. Following an initial fitness assessment, each client progressively advances through several phases of training. Each phase of training has a designated purpose that provides the client with a structured approach for moving towards his or her distinct goals as well as addressing his or her individual needs.
