Our park started in 2004 and many renovations and added amenities have been added since that date.

Pelican's Landing is a 27 site RV and Cottage resort located directly on the Indian River in Sebastian, Fl. We have a beautiful view with spectacular sunrises and we also have a beach area, fishing dock, boat dock, boat house and clubhouse. We are located on Indian River Drive where guests will find restaurants, parks and entertainment close by.
