Michael L. Smith is a registered respiratory therapist as well as an attorney. He is also Board Certified by Florida Bar in Health Law. We currently have five full time attorneys, another attorney who is of counsel to the firm, three paralegals and other support staff. George Indest is board certified by Florida Bar in the specialty of Health Law and is available to accept referrals of health care clients to act as co-counsel on health care cases state-wide.
