Nomi Pilates is a chic, boutique style studio - fully-equipped with BASIL-manufactured apparatus, the original manufacturer of Joseph Pilates' equipment. We provide a supportive environment for individuals of all ages and stages of fitness, and our skilled instructors proudly teach Joseph Pilates' approach to physical fitness - one that engages the mind and focuses on building a healthy, injury-free body. To begin, Naomi or any of our skilled instructors analyze your movement patterns for any functional or structural problems, and then develop a program specific to your needs. To achieve strength and flexibility you will be working with a variety of equipment such as the Reformer, the electric chair, the ladder barrel and Cadillac tower. Our strong focus on muscle movements will allow you to create a well-balanced body with elongated muscle groups that are toned and firm.
