History
We are two friends who started Nomadic Yogis to share our love for Yoga and the great outdoors. Our classes are always held outside, so come join us! We're always getting ready for the next adventure, and offer a unique yoga experience. We currently have Yoga in the Park and Stand-up Paddleboarding classes available for booking.
Specialties
Each class begins with a grounding warm up on land and then paddle 101/safety instruction before we launch. It's a short paddle through the beautiful mangroves to our location where we will begin our floating yoga practice. Every flow is thoughtfully sequenced with the freedom to apply modifications so you feel comfortable practicing on your board. Our practices are rooted in Pranayama (breath work), restorative asanas (postures) and meditation. With our natural soundtrack and backdrop, get ready for the most peaceful Svansana you've ever experienced!
