About National National Development is headquartered in Fort Myers under the direction of its principal, Rick Miller. The company began its operations in Bradenton in 1974 and quickly became one of the premier developers in the area. Deb's development and construction activities include coordination of all pre-development, development, and construction activities, including permitting, preparing financing applications, coordinating due diligence activities, obtaining proposals from and scheduling of consultants and subcontractors, and preparing construction and bank draws. Aside from the above development and construction activities, Deb handles all accounting issues for the firm, including accounts payables, receivables, payroll, payroll taxes, and preparing bank reconciliations and financial reports. She is responsible for all office purchases, including computer hardware and software, office supplies, etc; troubleshooting office machine-, computer-, and telephone-related issues; training staff on the use of all office machines; and scheduling all business-related travel.
