The atmosphere & staff was very nice however the massage fell short. Very little pressure was applied after I confirmed medium/heavy pressure is requested & preferred.

I had prepaid services over $1500 and only recieved two treatments before they fired their esthetician and I was told they'd call me back when they had a replacement. Never got that call back....
