HistoryI started performing massage therapy in 1994. I worked in a spa, chiropractor's office, I was an instructor of anatomy and physiology, I belong to COMTA, NCBTMB volunteer, and I specialized in sports massage and neuromuscular therapy techniques. The name of the business used to be metamorphosis, llc, but it changed in 2011 to Neuromuscular Therapy Associates, LLC.SpecialtiesOur mission is to educate the public by creating an awareness of proper posture in the human body and maintaining that balance so it does not create new pain patterns. We provide neuromuscular therapy which is a combination of trigger point therapy to relax the muscles from past tensions and trauma, massage therapy to increase circulation and provide nutrients to soft tissues, and myofascial release and stretching techniques to further lengthen the muscles and maintain balance to the body.
