Mimmo's Mozzarella was born 10 years ago in Miami. In the beginning, the owner, Bruno Ponce, started by making fresh mozzarella at home. After a few months, he moved into a storage room where he continued to do the artisan work with great dedication. In 2012 he installed his factory in North Miami, where he continues to produce every day. Since then, Bruno and his team meet at 6 am to start their cheese production to supply restaurants and hotels in Miami, nearby locations, and even exporting some to Caribbean countries. Currently, it has also expanded the business by opening an Italian Market where the customer can get fresh or aged cheeses for their own consumption and also a great variety of carefully selected specialty products. Like the first day, each burrata or aged cheese contains the passion, dedication and perseverance of artisan production by Bruno.
