HistoryOver 20 years of existence the festival has established itself and has become a fall staple on the South Florida dance calendar where prestigious ballet companies gather annually to showcase their talent, providing a unique opportunity for audiences to see some of the world's leading ballet companies represented by their greatest stars, as well as showcasing the work of local artists.SpecialtiesMiami Hispanic Ballet was established in 1993, as a non for profit dance organization dedicated to identifying and promoting professional dance artists, and is the umbrella company for the Annual International Ballet Festival of Miami. Held annually during the months of July and August the Festival brings to Miami hundreds of talented principal dancers representing the best companies from around the world, many of them never seen in the US, providing a unique opportunity for audiences to see some of the world's leading ballet companies represented by their greatest stars, as well as showcasing the work of local artists.
