The Meyer Kiser Building, also known as the Dade Commonwealth Building, is a historic U.S. building located in Miami, Florida. Built in 1925, it was once one of the tallest buildings in Miami but was reduced from 17 to 7 stories after sustaining damage during the 1926 Miami hurricane.
Added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on January 4, 1999, the Meyer Kiser Building has a Classical Revival and Chicago architectural style. Plans for restoration to its original design were announced in 2015, though as of 2023, the restoration has not yet been completed.
