Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church in West Palm Beach, FL has been serving the Diocese of Palm Beach since August 1974 under the leadership of Bishop Gerald M. Barbarito. With a mission to live as committed disciples of Jesus Christ through prayer, fellowship, and charity, the parishioners strive to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary. The church offers sacramental emergencies services and reconciliation on Saturdays, and also provides religious education for the community.
Established by Father Michael Devaney, the church has a rich history that began in May 1974. Starting with daily Mass at Cardinal Newman High School Chapel, the parish grew rapidly, eventually moving to a new church location that was dedicated on October 9, 1982. Over the years, various pastors have contributed to the growth of the church, including Father Joseph Gigante and Father Francis H. Reardon. In 1994, the pastoral care of the parish was transferred to the Diocese of Palm Beach, led by Father Timothy.
