Marc Rutenburg comes from a family of home builders. After working with his father's firm, Charles Housing, for many years, he decided in 1991 to branch out on his own and design and build luxury homes. Marc Rutenburg Homes has won the Grand Award in the Pinellas County Parade of Homes in nine different years. Marc Rutenberg Homes has design plans ranging from less than 3,000 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.
