This is a total-body program that combines the basic principles of Pilates, with cardio, strength training, balance, and flexibility. Mantra is a high intensity, low-impact workout with no impact on your joints. Burn fat, lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body in a safe, fun and inspiring environment. You can expect to burn between 500-700 calories in each 50-minute class. Our state-of-the art Megaformers provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The megaformer is designed to allow the body to move quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another, increasing heart rate and activating maximum muscular performance. The Megaformer attacks each muscle in a very precise manner by activating slow-twitch muscle fibers resulting in a long, lean and toned body.
